Works great....both side heat up...bread goes down when put in...not sure how to top it..lol overall condition inside very clean but has been gently used. outside has few marks here n there see photos. does have lighter and darker control not sire if it works correctly 100% guarantee to heat up....other then that can't guarantee toast color..lol it is heavy so sorry about shipping
